Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within the EU + Norway on all orders over 100 euro and ship out within 24 hours on business days.

I live in Norway - what kind of fees can i expect?
All Norwegian orders include local taxes and duties paid, so there are no additional costs for you.

I do not live in the EU – what kind of fees can I expect?
Depending on residence country, you might be subject to extra shipping, handling and import fees. Please check with your local authorities, as it may depend on many different factors.

Returns

For how long can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your order. We offer a 30-day return policy that applies from the day you receive your items. The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them including polybag, hangtags and labels. Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.

Do you have free returns?
We offer an easy return service through our return portals where you can book a return label and have it send by email. The return portal is available for the following countries. Click the country below that you are returning your order from:

Return from other countries?
Please send back the item(s) + the return formular (supplied with the order) to our warehouse who will make a refund as soon as the goods are returned and inspected. A returned item must be in the same state as when received.

We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.

When will you refund my return order?
We process return orders as they come in. These need to be unpacked, inspected and put back on stock. You should receive the money 3-5 business days after we receive it – you will receive an automated email once it has been processed and the refund has been made.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Since we have an external warehouse, we are not able to make a direct swap. Please send back the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
