The Koi Wool Gilet is a versatile layering piece that reflects both function and tradition. Designed with a regular fit, it features two patched front pockets, a chest pocket for essentials, and branded corozo buttons – a natural detail that underlines the craftsmanship at the heart of Blue de Gênes.

Made from 100% boiled wool, the Koi carries forward a centuries-old fabric tradition. Boiled wool is created by subjecting knitted wool to heat and moisture, a process that shrinks and compacts the fibers into a dense yet supple cloth. The result is a naturally water-resistant, wind-repellent, and durable fabric that was historically prized in alpine regions for its ability to provide warmth and protection in harsh conditions. Today, it remains valued for its unique texture, insulating qualities, and long-lasting wear.
