Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the EU + Norway on all orders over 100 euro and ship out within 24 hours on business days.
Worldwide Shipping = 29 euro
Tracking
All EU orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to our shipping carrier.
Import Duties
If you are ordering from outside the EU, import duties may apply. This means that you might have to pay import duties upon arrival. Please check with your local authorities, as it may depend on many different factors.
Deliveres to Norway:
All Norwegian orders include local taxes and duties paid, so there are no additional costs for you.
RETURNS
Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy that applies from the day you receive your items.
The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them including polybag, hangtags and labels. Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.
Exchanging For A Different Size
We are not able to make a direct exchange. Please send back the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
Refunds
We process return orders as they come in. These need to be unpacked, inspected and put back on stock. This process can take up to 7 days β you will receive an automated email once the refund has been processed.
How To Return
Return costs are at your own expence. We do however offer easy returns through our return portal where you can book a return label and have it send by email.

Please send back the item(s) + the return formular (supplied with the order) to our warehouse who will make a refund as soon as the goods are returned and inspected.
A returned item must be in the same state as when received.

*We recommend that you save the post office receipt and tracking number as proof of your delivery to the post office/carrier.
**Please note that all returns must be sent directly to our address. We do not pick up return shipments in parcel shops or at the post office.

These prices apply only when using our return portal. To use the return portal, you will need a credit card and a printer. If you do not have a credit card, please follow option 2 below.
2. Return using your own shipping (all other countries or by choice)
If:
β’ you live outside the countries listed above, or
β’ you do not wish to use our return portal,
β¦ you can off course still return your order, but you will need to arrange and pay for shipping yourself. We are unable to provide price estimates for self-arranged returns.
Please send back the item(s) + the return formular (supplied with the order) to our warehouse who will make a refund as soon as the goods are returned and inspected.

Important information about returns
We recommend that you always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number when sending a return. You are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us, and having a receipt and tracking will help ensure that your return is safely delivered. Without tracking, we may unfortunately have difficulty locating your package.
Shipping carrier
We recommend using GLS or another carrier that delivers directly to business addresses.
We do not pick up packages from parcel shops or post offices, so please ensure:
β’ the shipping label is set for home/business delivery
β’ the package is not delivered to a parcel shop
If a return is sent to a parcel shop and cannot be delivered to us, the responsibility lies with the customer.
